Aeronautical and Aviation University of Nanchang (Nanchang Hangkong University) is one of the best in P.R.China. At Nanchang University of  Aeronautical and Aviation , what we do -- and do best -- is teach the science, practice, and business of the world of aviation and aerospace. Since it was founded in 1952, the University and its graduates have built an impressive record of achievements in every aspect of aviation and aerospace. Aeronautical and Aviation University of Nanchang covers the operation, engineering, research, manufacturing, marketing,humanities, management, economics, law, education and management of modern aircraft and the systems that support them.

The University engages in extensive research and consulting with academic staff of over 1,200 professionals. At present, the total number of registered students is 21,000 with 19,000 undergraduates, 1,095 postgraduates, and over 1,200 vocational students. With more than 900,000 square meters of student residence, the university occupies an area of more than 193.3 hectares. The space for sports and other activities takes up 90,000 square meters.

Aeronautical and Aviation University of Nanchang has developed and extended its cooperation and exchange programs with colleges and universities in U.S.A, U.K, Australia, France, Japan, Ukraine, Finland, Canada, Belgium, South Korea, Russia, Holland, Sweden  and Slovakia etc.
